The Intelligent Industry Ecosystem DIMECC is joining the efforts of industrial companies and providers of digital solutions as well as those of research organizations in a large co-creation ecosystem. The ecosystem is funded by the participating companies and Business Finland.

Elekmerk

Elekmerk offers comprehensive sheet metal mechanics, machining, surface treatment and assembly services. Elekmerk serves as a contract manufacturer for international technology companies and it serves from product design to testing of finished products. In 2019, our turnover was 5,5M€ and there were about 50 professionals working in the company. Elekmerk is part of the Teiskonen Group companies. 

Fastems

Fastems is the leading independent manufacturer of factory automation systems, with a mission to improve customers’ competitiveness through automation. We do this by enabling them to get the most production out of the 8,760 hours available each year. We are known for flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), robotics-based automation, production control software, gantry and interlinking systems and our wide range of services. In 2019, our turnover was 80 M€. We employ about 300 technology professionals. 

HT Laser

HT Laser is a high-quality system supplier for global machine building companies and a flexible subcontracting partner for metal and other industries. Our core competence lies on system deliveries and demanding components for technology industry as well as on various metal cutting techniques. HT Laser’s services consist of all cutting, bending, welding, laser welding, machining, 3D metal printing, surface treatment, assembly, and product development services. 
HT Laser was founded in 1989. We serve in eight cities in Finland and in Poznan, Poland. We are a family-owned company.  In 2019, our turnover was 68 M€. We employ more than 400 technology professionals. HT Laser is part of the Teiskonen Group companies.

Melkki is an agile consulting and advisory partner for lean business development, digital transformation, IT optimization and sourcing. Melkki is growing fast and has an increasing number of industry leaders as clients, both national as well as international. We believe that a company’s ability to leverage data is critical for business model rethinking and for going digital.  Our mission is to help our customers transform to digital by combining our experience with our proven agile methodologies. In 2019, our turnover was 1,7M€ and there were 6 professionals working in the company. 

Metsäteho

Metsäteho Oy is a limited company owned by the leading forest industry organisations and companies of Finland and is specialised on research and development (R&D) work and projects. Metsäteho supports the development of its shareholders’ wood procurement and wood production operations and improves the operating preconditions for wood supply. Our primary areas of activity include R&D projects, consultancy services, seminars and other communication activities. Research and development work is based on active and wide networking as well as skills and knowledge of 11 Metsäteho’s employees. Metsäteho’s roots can be traced back to 1945 when the central association of the Finnish wood processing industries set up a special department to study forest work. Metsäteho Oy was founded as a limited company in 1996

Prima Power

Prima Power is a leading specialist in machines and systems for sheet metal working. Our offering in this field is one of the widest and covers all applications: laser processing, punching, shearing, bending, automation.
Our manufacturing facilities are in Italy, Finland, USA and China, from which we deliver machines and systems all over the world. Our sales and service network is active in over 80 countries, with direct presence or through a network of specialized dealers. In 2019, Prima Power Finland (Finn-Power Oy) turnover was 135M€ and there were about 400 professionals working in the company. 

Raute

Raute is a technology and service company that operates worldwide. Raute’s customers are companies operating in the wood products industry that manufacture veneer, plywood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) and lumber. The technology offering covers the entire production process of veneer, plywood and LVL and special measurement equipment for lumber. As a supplier of mill-scale projects, Raute is a global market leader both in the plywood and LVL industries. Additionally, Raute’s full-service concept includes technology services ranging from spare parts deliveries to regular maintenance and equipment modernizations. Raute’s head office is located in the Nastola area of Lahti, Finland.
